Radius Global Solutions, located in Freeport, St. James, is seeking vibrant and dedicated customer service representatives to join our dynamic team!
Position Summary
- Delivering first class service to our customers by exhibiting a conversational tone, building rapport, and providing empathy to ensure positive customer results.
- Responsible for answering and handling inbound calls to new and existing customers while problem solving their needs and concerns.
- Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to company policies.
Skills & Requirements:
- At least 6 months' call center experience and/or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Clear speaking voice with attention to detail.
- Completed assessment with composite score of at least 30.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; CSEC English a must.
- Proficient at working on a PC.
- Must be able to work between 7am to 11 pm on any given day.
- Applicants must reside in Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James or Trelawny.
- No criminal background convictions.
