Job Summary:

We are seeking results-driven analytics professional to transform data into actionable business insights. This role leads reporting, forecasting, and dashboard development to optimize performance, drive revenue growth, and support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will oversee data models and governance standards while collaborating cross-functionally and supervising team performance in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and visualization related to all areas of the business operations to provide actionable insights to optimize the company’s performance, minimize leakages and maximize revenue.
• Develop and maintain data models, frameworks, and algorithms to enhance data analysis capabilities.
• Consolidate data from internal and external sources to aid in decision-making; identify opportunities and create action plans so that company resources can be appropriately directed
• Design and implement analytical data models, creating and presenting reports, dashboards and other business intelligence metrics to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership around analytics, data governance and visualizations to ensure accuracy in reporting and validity of data.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data sources, data transformation processes, and data dictionaries.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure and monitor business performance.
• Collaborate with other department heads to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Train, engage and manage staff performance so they are best equipped to meet the company’s expected results and standards of behaviour.
• Comply with all policies and procedures including but not limited to HSE and Food Safety Standards to reduce the occurrence of accidents and incidents and to maintain food quality
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
• Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Business Intelligence, Programming
• A minimum of four (4) years’ progressive experience in business intelligence, data analysis or a similar role with at least two (2) years’ experience in a Supervisory Role.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Sound understanding of statistical methodologies and data modelling techniques.
• Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Solid knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
