We are now hiring German/Chinese Bilingual Call Center Agents to join one of our exciting teams in our Montego Bay location. In this role you not only answer customer questions, you also assist them in finding options to pay their account and set up payment arrangements and plans with them.

We are looking for Agents who are proficient at communicating in both German/Chinese and English (Verbal and Written). We provide excellent benefits and a competitive salary package of up to $1200 JMD.

Your Role as a Sales Expert

Ability to work on site at our Montego Bay Location – 1 Mangrove Way, Freeport

Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends as needed.

18 years or older, possess a valid ID, NIS and TRN

Prior call center sales experience is an asset but not required
