Role Description
The role has oversight for performance management, training and development, recruitment, succession planning, and career development, ensuring the organisation has the capability required to meet current and future business needs.
What Success Looks Like: Success in this role is demonstrated by a strong, sustainable talent pipeline, improved employee performance and capability; reduced critical skill gaps; effective succession coverage for key roles; and clear career development pathways aligned to business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
- Professional HR certification would be an asset
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated responsibility for talent management
- Experience working in a FMCG environment would be an asset.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision-making skills
