Job Title: Senior Air Conditioning Technician

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of residential and commercial HVAC systems, including VRF systems and chillers
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Install, test, and commission HVAC equipment as required
- Replace defective components and ensure systems operate at optimal efficiency
- Maintain accurate service reports, including parts used and recommendations
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards and company policies
- Provide professional and courteous customer service on all job sites
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Operate company vehicles responsibly when attending service calls
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum five (5) years’ proven experience as an A/C Technician
- Knowledge of VRF systems would be an asset
- Strong knowledge of Walkin Freezer and Chiller units
- Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of HVAC safety standards and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC certification or relevant technical/vocational training
- Experience working with multiple HVAC brands and commercial systems
- Knowledge of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly HVAC technologies
- Refrigeration certification is an asset
