We are seeking an HR Officer to support our HR team in fostering a positive work environment. You'll handle recruitment, employee relations, benefits, Payroll, and HR admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Support recruitment and onboarding processes
•  Manage employee records and HR databases

• Payroll
• Coordinate benefits, leave, and employee wellness initiatives
• Handle employee queries and concerns
• Assist with HR projects and policy updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in HR or related field
• 3-5 years HR experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Barbados labor laws
