PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Supervise the performance of staff to ensure that departmental goals are met; engages in
staff training, discipline and motivation.
• Oversee the opening and closing/ securing of bays daily to mitigate the risk of stock loss
• Supervise the receipt, recording and evaluation of customer returns and failed deliveries to
mitigate the risk of stock loss.
• Catalogue and dispatch returned products and failed deliveries in accordance with the SOPs
to meet customer service standards and to purge the inventory of obsolescence and damage
• Report on returned items and failed deliveries using the appropriate reporting mechanism for
cost management and tracking.
• Report on damaged stock awaiting service to ensure customer satisfaction and that the
inventory is purged of damage.
• Conduct aisle maintenance within required timeframe to maintain health and safety standards
and report on product availability.
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned to you by your management line to ensure
effective operation of the department.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Diploma in Management or any related field.
• Five (5) GCE/CXC/CSEC Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics and Language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Two (2) years’ experience in warehouse environment.
