PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:
• Print and record necessary documentation for deliveries and collections to ensure that the documentation to support the movement of goods is accurate.
• Select and save accounts in the correct delivery area to be picked for the designated Driver.
• Update delivery schedule for delivery area and type of assembly (where applicable) for the designated delivery Driver to ensure the efficient dispatch of goods.
• Respond to store enquiries pertaining to deliveries to ensure effective customer service.
• Notify delivery schedules for all Delivery and Collection Notes on completed deliveries and collections to confirm delivery of goods to customer.
• Assist in checking accounts to enable deliveries and collections to be completed in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and process both manual and electronic Stock Transfers to Branches and Warehouses as required to ensure the effective movement of goods.
• Update the customer information in the appropriate tracking software to ensure accurate delivery of goods.
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned to you by your management line.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
QUALIFICATION / EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Five (5) GCE/CXC/CSEC Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics and Language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Two (2) years’ experience in logistics and warehouse environment.

• Must be organized, self-confident/motivated, goal-oriented, customer service focused, persistent and committed, and able to cope well in stress-related environments.
• Honesty and integrity.

• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety would be an asset.
• Ability to work long hours
