Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources within the organization. The role involves implementing and maintaining effective human resources policies, programs and services that are alignment with the company’s strategic goals, policies, procedures and labour legislation, to foster a positive workplace culture, promote employee satisfaction, and facilitate a high level of productivity and a harmonious industrial relations climate.
Education and Work Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labor & Employment Relations or related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources at a supervisory or managerial level.
- Proven ability to lead and develop an HR Team and manage employee relation issues.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Excellent report-writing and analytical skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, performance evaluations, compensation and benefits administration, and employee records with a focus on ensuring that all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Develop and implement employee relations programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Acts as a consultant to department heads on HR and IR issues, including investigating employee grievances and conflicts and bringing them to resolution.
- Oversee organizational change initiatives; works with Head of Departments to develop and implement continuous training and development programs.
- Lead, coach, mentor and support the HR team in the execution of HR activities.
- Function as a member of the Management team in respect of management decision-making.
- Assist with creating a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys.
- Assist with the payroll process and all related activities.
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring it aligns with company goals and effectively addresses performance issues.
- Implement training and development plans to improve management capabilities in handling employee relations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment and workplace practices and Human Resource policies.
- Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential HR-related issues.
- Contribute to the budgeting process and manage the Human Resource expenses in alignment with the budget.
