We are seeking HR Business Partners to provide hands-on HR support to operational teams within the high-volume, customer-focused environment of one of our subsidiaries.
The role will support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management support, training coordination, HR administration, and workforce reporting. The HR Business Partners will work closely with line managers to ensure HR processes are effectively implemented and aligned with business needs.
This role is well suited to practical, solutions-driven HR professionals who enjoys working closely with diverse teams and supporting operational leaders in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience.
- Strong understanding of operational HR processes.
- Working knowledge of Guyana’s labour laws.
