We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong focus on employee relations, engagement, and workplace culture to support the fast-paced, multi-site operations of one of our subsidiaries.
This role will be responsible for managing disciplinary and grievance processes, advising operational leaders on people matters, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and labour law requirements across multiple locations. The successful candidate will work closely with management teams to promote a positive, compliant, and high-performance work environment.
This position is ideal for a confident HR professional who is comfortable handling sensitive matters, coaching managers, and operating in a high-volume workforce setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, with strong exposure to:
- Employee relations
- Labour law compliance
- Organization culture and contemporary engagement strategies
- Strong understanding of Guyana’s labour laws.
- Proven experience handling disciplinary matters and grievances end-to-end.
