Senior Reservationist

A boutique luxury hotel is seeking a highly organised and guest-focused Senior Reservationist to support its Front Office and Reservations operations.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who values precision, service excellence, and the individualized touch that defines luxury boutique accommodation.
The Role
You will play a key role in maximising occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction, ensuring that every reservation is managed with accuracy, efficiency, and warmth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all reservations and Front Office-related tasks to support optimal occupancy and revenue
- Managing guest enquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring accurate and timely billing
- Managing agent billing, preparing invoices, and resolving discrepancies
- Delivering exceptional customer service as both Reservationist and Receptionist
- Maintaining accurate room inventory and updating rates as required
- Processing payments, refunds, and ensuring billing accuracy at all times
- Working closely with Management on room assignments and special guest requests
- Running reports and analysing reservation data to support revenue strategies
- Working flexible shifts, including weekends
About You
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel reservations or a similar role
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven diligence with a high standard of accuracy
- Confident working with hotel PMS systems (experience preferred)
- Ability to support, motivate, and guide colleagues when required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is an asset
