Radius Global Solutions, located in Freeport, St. James, is seeking vibrant and dedicated customer service representatives to join our dynamic team!
Job Functions:
- Utilize various communication channels, including phone calls and emails to initiate contact and nurture relationships with customers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, cultivating long-term partnerships based on trust and reliability.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction levels, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a customer advocate within the company, ensuring that their needs are met, and issues are resolved promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Actively listen to customer feedback, address inquiries and requests in a timely manner, and strive to exceed expectations.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Monitor customer accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments in accordance with company policies.
- Process customer payments, monitor payment statuses and track progress on collection efforts.
- Collaborate with the finance department to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Implement strategies to improve collection rates and minimize outstanding balances.
Skills and Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of four (4) CXC/GCE subjects, including English, Mathematics, Principles of Accounts & Information Technology
- Composite test score of 30 or higher (please complete the assessment that is automatically sent to you upon applying).
- At least 2 years’ experience working as a customer service representative.
- Clear speaking voice with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient at working on a PC.
- Capable of handling and processing large amounts of information with ease.
- Applicants must reside in Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James or Trelawny.
- Must be able to work any shift between the hours of 7am - 7pm.
