The Role
We are seeking eCommerce Account Services Associates to work from our local office as part of a remote support team serving franchise partners. This is an entry-level/early career role with full training, perfect for candidates looking to develop a career in e-commerce, digital storefront support, account management, and client services. You will support multiple franchise owners, manage orders, coordinate fulfillment, and help provide a seamless online ordering experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain e-commerce storefronts
- Prepare quotes and presentations
- Enter sales orders and submit purchase orders
- Track orders through production and delivery
- Coordinate product returns and replacements
- Maintain accurate customer and supplier records
- Support upsell opportunities for franchise sales teams
- Respond professionally to calls and emails
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- 1–2 years in customer service, order processing, admin, or client support
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related)
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Prior experience in e-commerce, print, or promotional products is a plus but not required
