Technical Service Representative

Role and Responsibilities:

• Install and service all necessary equipment needed according to the operation plan.
• Report the stock needs of the clients.
• Provide reports on customer issues and work with the Diversey team to execute solutions.
• Provide all training needed to use Diversey equipment and products effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a reliable system for providing technical support for all clients.
• Provide accurate equipment costs and set up time estimates.
• Participate in promotional strategies and activities with the marketing team.
• Consistently deliver services according to Diversey’s Technical Service Model within regional guidelines.
• To have knowledge of Diversey’s equipment, products and products’ usage.
• Serve as a central point of liaison with internal and external clients.
• To ensure existing clients are retained and maintained.
• Ensure that all applications included in the customer’s contract are carried out under the company’s standards and the pre-defined operation plan.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Microbiology or other related areas.
• One to two years’ experience in commercial business, preferably chemical solutions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Plumbing knowledge
• Effective problem analysis and resolution at the strategic and functional level
• Ability to interact successfully with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in Pool supervior/ maintenance would be a plus
• Prior knowledge of Diversey chemicals
• Time and budget management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Highly customer focused.
