Secondary School Teachers – Teach in the USA (J-1 Visa Sponsorship Provided)
All Together Education Recruitment is partnering with accredited U.S. school districts to recruit qualified teachers from the Caribbean to work in American public schools under the official J-1 Teacher Exchange Visitor Program.
This is a structured cultural exchange programme that allows experienced teachers to live and work in the United States while sharing their teaching practices and gaining valuable international classroom experience.
About the Program
Teachers will work in U.S. public schools teaching students typically aged 11–18 (Middle School and High School).
The program duration is up to 3 years initially, with possible extension to 5 years depending on performance and sponsor approval.
Participants teach full-time as a classroom teacher and are treated as a regular member of staff within the school district.

We are particularly seeking teachers of:
• Mathematics (all levels)
• Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
• English Language Arts
• Special Education
• Computer Science / STEM
• Elementary Education (limited availability)
Salary & Benefits
• Typical salary: $40,000 – $65,000 per year (varies by state and district)

Visa Sponsorship

Requirements
Applicants must:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or subject specialism
• Be a qualified teacher in their home country
• Have at least 2 years of full-time classroom teaching experience
• Be currently teaching or recently teaching
• Have strong English language communication skills
• Be willing to participate in cultural exchange activities
