Key Duties
Coordinate and track multiple projects and action items
Follow up with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time
Maintain project schedules, trackers, and status reports
Escalate delays, risks, or gaps in execution as required
Support meetings, action logs, and project documentation
Ensure clear communication and accountability across project teams
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Project Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a project coordination or administrative support role
Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic project tracking tools
