PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the President & CEO, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the Office of the President & CEO and coordinate execution across Federal Capital Group and all subsidiaries, including Board and Committee coordination and operational follow-up across all MIB branches. You will be accountable for ensuring timely preparation and circulation of Board Packs, agendas, minutes/action logs and resolutions, tracking and closing action items, coordinating cross-subsidiary initiatives, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, documentation quality, confidentiality, KPI reporting, and performance discipline.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate should possess the following minimum qualifications:
- An Upper Second-class undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline.
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a senior executive support, governance coordination, operations management, or supervisory capacity, including demonstrated experience coordinating Board/Committee processes (Board Packs, agendas, minutes, resolutions, and action tracking).
