PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:
• To plan, schedule and coordinate all installations, refurbishments and servicing of building equipment and systems.
• Responsible for the supervision of contracted cleaners ensuring that their daily schedule is completed to the required standard of the company.
• To assist the Facilities Manager with the proper management/implementation of a CMMS system for the Company inclusive of work requests, work orders and data entry for the overall administration of the campus.
• Preparation of Monthly building inspection/audit reports to indicate possible upcoming repair/renovation requirements.
• To supervise and maintain the daily equipment operations and preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Inventory Management/Control Systems of all Maintenance Equipment/Fixed Assets.
• To provide quick response time to all emergencies –Property Related, Health & Safety and Loss Prevention
• Ensure that Maintenance Issues/Requests received for the Campus are addressed within 24hours of notification.
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned to you by the Facilities Manager.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
• Two (2) years experience in a Facility/Operations orientated position
• Certificate in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) with proven knowledge of OSH Act.
• Certificate in Project Management/Facility Management or
• Associate Degree in Management/Facilities or any other related field.
