Salary Range: TTD 7,000.00 to 8,000.00 per month

Location: San Juan

Days/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm ; Saturdays, 9:00am to 1:00pm

We are seeking a reliable and practical Facilities & Workplace Health and Safety Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our facilities and the day to day coordination of workplace activities.

This role is suited to an operational professional who enjoys being on the ground, coordinating service providers, supporting workplace safety initiatives, and ensuring facility issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Identification of workplace hazards and conducting risk assessments.
• Conduct routine fire safety and site inspections
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures and good practices across locations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities including air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, and general services
• Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely repairs and servicing
• Assist with incident reporting, investigation and the management of safety documentation.
• Provide on-call support for urgent facilities or health & safety related matters as required.

• On call availability required from time to time

• Relevant qualification or certification in HSE, Facilities Management, or a related field
• One to three years’ experience in a similar operational or coordination role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
