The Executive Assistant is expected to be proactive, commercially aware, discrete and seamless executive support in the following areas: Retail, Retail Centre, Customer Support, Draw Operations & Acropolis Gaming & Lounge.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure various administrative tasks are completed in an effective and efficient manner, including copying, reviewing outside mail, drafting correspondence, screening phone calls when requested and maintaining department records
- Responsible for the timely flow of information within the Company
- Prepare responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence
- Maintain managers’ appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Request and, monitor stationery and other supplies for the Department
- Attend and participate in company functions and events, as required
- Provide assistance with inventory management
- Process requisitions for payment of vendors/suppliers
- Maintain library/storage of marketing materials
- Assist with tracking and maintenance of Marketing calendar
- Prepare presentations as required

- Stays abreast of emerging tech trends to ensure that the Gaming Operations & Commercial function and its supporting technology evolves as needed.

Qualification & Experience
- Associates degree or higher in Business, Marketing or similar discipline
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in an Administrative position would be an asset
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to work cooperatively and effectively within a team and the organization, as a whole
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of and experience in the gaming/lottery industry are an asset.
