The incumbent will be directly accountable for the following duties:

• Provide the board with on-going advice and information on the short - long term strategic direction of the organisation.
• Ensure that the organization’s operations are in compliance with all resolutions, regulations and direction from the Board of Directors.
• Implement, direct, plan, organize and coordinate the strategic direction and business plan of the organization activities.
• Monitor key ratios viz (revenue, growth, expenses, delinquency, risk, profit, return on assets) etc. to grow and strengthen the organisation and to make it more sustainable.
• Ensure compliance of all security and risk management systems.
• Evaluate and review of lending applications.
• A strong understanding of regulatory compliance, mortgage loan operations, loan processing, quality assurance, and loan servicing.
•  Monitor the economic climate locally and globally to make strategic recommendations to the board of directors. Manage and monitor the organization’s budget.
• Verify accounts and preparation of prompt and accurate financial reports for review by Auditors and other regulatory bodies.
• Manage, monitor and evaluate the performance of the Senior Managers, namely viz Manage Human Resource Management/Team Building, Information Technology, Customer Services and Sales.
• Perform the role of Secretary to the Board of Directors. 

• Communicating with shareholders, the general public and regulatory bodies.
