We are strengthening its People and Culture function and is seeking a highly organised Human Resource & Transformation Support Assistant to support HR operations across the organisation. This role is ideal for an early career HR professional who is detail oriented, proactive and eager to build real competency in HR and IR within a structured and compliance focused environment.
About the Role
You will support recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, HRIS implementation, training coordination, employee engagement, and HR compliance activities. This role is integral to advancing Odin’s HR and IR functions and supporting strategic transformation initiatives across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment: postings, screening, scheduling, assessments and reference checks
- Assist with the preparation of employment documentation, HR forms and employee files
- Support end to end onboarding and HR compliance documentation
- Assist with HRIS (Zoho One) data accuracy, workflows and project tracking
- Maintain personnel files, HR trackers and confidential documentation
- Prepare HR reports, summaries and compliance documentation
- Support training coordination, attendance logs and employee engagement activities
- Assist with compliance audits, incident reporting and OSHA communication
- Provide general administrative support including filing, document management and payment vouchers
- Prepare HR correspondence including letters, notices and internal communication
- Support coordination of HR activities, timelines and follow ups to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
- Liaise professionally with internal teams, candidates and external partners as required
Requirements- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience supporting HR or administrative experience
- Strong organisation, accuracy and follow-through
- Excellent communication and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience (Zoho One) is an asset
- Understanding of Trinidad and Tobago labour legislation preferred
