Position Overview
The H&L Group is seeking a skilled CCTV Network Systems Technician to maintain and optimize our enterprise surveillance network island-wide. The successful candidate will ensure 99.5% monthly system uptime through proactive maintenance, advanced AI camera configuration, and rapid fault resolutions supporting the continuous protection of company assets.
Key Responsibilities
System Maintenance & Monitoring
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance across all locations
- Monitor system performance and uptime metrics
- Conduct system health checks, diagnostics, and documentation
- Coordinate with the Central Monitoring Station
AI Camera Configuration & Programming
- Configure and optimize AI-enabled cameras for accuracy and reliability
- Program PTZ cameras with AI tracking
- Set up license plate recognition (LPR), object identification, and behavioral detection
- Customize alerts, notifications, and escalation levels
- Test and validate AI detection under various conditions
Troubleshooting & Fault Resolution
- Diagnose and resolve system, network, and integration issues
- Perform emergency repairs and system recovery
- Liaise with vendors and third-party technical support
- Implement temporary solutions to maintain surveillance coverage
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2 Years exprience in current or similar role.
