About the Role
As Collections Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day leadership and strategic direction to a team of Collections Officers. You will set clear performance standards, coach for excellence, and ensure that departmental targets, portfolio benchmarks, and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved.
You will play a key role in strengthening the collections function to support both current performance goals and future organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the Collections Team to achieve high performance
- Drive a cohesive, focused, and target-oriented team culture
- Monitor individual and team portfolios to ensure benchmarks are met or exceeded
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Conduct strategic research to improve collections effectiveness
- Implement best-practice collections strategies and processes
- Support the ongoing development and expansion of the Collections Department
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in collections, with at least one (1) year at a supervisory level
