What we’re looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering/Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years experience leading automotive, fleet, workshop, or related maintenance teams (preferred)
- A solid technical understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes (an asset)
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
- A confident leadership style with the ability to enforce standards and drive accountability
- Process-driven and results-focused approach
Key responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize daily maintenance and repair activities
- Reduce vehicle downtime and improve fleet efficiency
- Supervise garage and body shop operations
- Enforce safety, quality, and maintenance standards
