Warehouse Associates - Montego Bay, St. James
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support our operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe receiving, storage, and timely delivery of products while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and organization within the warehouse and during deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely receive, store, pick, and deliver products in a timely and accurate manner
- Collect daily delivery invoices from the dispatcher and execute deliveries according to the assigned invoices
- Accurately select, pull, and load goods for delivery
- Ensure all deliveries are completed in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Maintain warehouse storage areas, tools, and equipment in a clean, orderly, and safe condition
- Assist with manual loading and offloading of goods as required
- Adhere to all safety, security, and operational guidelines
- Perform any other related duties assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Cooperative team player with a flexible attitude
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds or more and performing manual loading and offloading tasks
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or delivery environment is an asset
- Must be willing and available to work on Saturdays
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and medical examination
- A valid Police Certificate of Good Character is required
