A well-established insurance agency in Jamaica is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with proven insurance sales experience and the required industry certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling and direct outreach

• Promote and sell insurance products to targeted groups, including security personnel

• Conduct product presentations and facilitate client sign-ups during assigned hours

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

• Accurately complete and submit insurance application forms and supporting documentation

• Maintain up-to-date client records and submit weekly sales and activity reports

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

• Handle client queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Generate referrals and leverage networking opportunities to expand the client base

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in insurance sales

• Completed OLT Examination for Sales – REQUIRED

• Tertiary education in Business, Sales, or a related field (an asset)

• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset
