The Production Planner provides administrative and planning support to the Production Department. The role is responsible for accurate data entry, inventory monitoring, production reporting, and compliance documentation to support efficient production operations.
Enter and maintain accurate production, inventory, and requisition data in company systems
Monitor inventory levels including raw materials, packaging, PPE, and consumables
Coordinate with Production and Procurement teams to support timely replenishment and minimise excess stock
Generate reports on inventory levels, consumption, forecasts, and production performance
Analyse inventory discrepancies and production variances and report findings to the Executive Chef
Perform administrative duties including filing, employee records, training documentation, payroll support, and leave tracking
Support compliance with HSE, HACCP, food safety, and quality standards
Assist with data entry for recipe costings, menu specifications, SOPs, and related documentation
Ensure adherence to all safety, hygiene, and food safety requirements
