Job Overview:

We are a product marketing and promotional printing company seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Production & Accounting Coordinator. This role combines graphic mockup creation with administrative and accounting support. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Illustrator for creating product mockups and sketches, as well as QuickBooks for entering purchase orders, invoices, and basic accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create product mockups, sketches, and layout designs using Illustrator
• Prepare visual proofs for promotional items (print products, branded merchandise, etc.)
• Make revisions and updates to designs based on client or internal feedback
• Organize and manage digital design files

• Enter purchase orders, invoices, and vendor bills into QuickBooks
• Maintain accurate records of orders and expenses related to marketing projects
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding order details and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience using Adobe Illustrator (mockups, sketches, layouts)
• Experience with QuickBooks (entering invoices, POs, and basic bookkeeping)
• Background in product marketing, promotional items, or print marketing preferred.
