In this dual-impact role, you will balance core HR functions with essential administrative oversight. Your responsibilities will include:
Executing various HR functions including employee benefits administration, payroll processing, and meticulous maintenance of employee files.
Managing office expenses, maintaining petty cash, and overseeing weekly schedules and overtime details.
Preparing office expense budgets and maintaining MIS reports for the organization.
Assisting Finance and Sales teams with analytical reports, ensuring they are filed in the required formats.
Sourcing essential materials for the office and managing the filing of hard copies to maintain organization.
Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field withminimum 5+ years of experience
Perform various human resource related functions i.e employee benefits,payroll,employee file etc
Manage office related expenses, maintain petty cash & details of overtime, weekly schedule etc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft office suite
Should be aware of the local HR laws and have experience of utilizing the same in current role
Prepare and maintain office expense budgets and have experience of sourcing materials for theoffice
Maintain hard copies of files and assist finance & sales teams with analytical reports and filing thesame reports in required formats
Manage and maintain MIS reports for the organization
Be able to work flexible hours
Hold a valid driver’s license and operate a reliable motor vehicle
