SALES EXECUTIVE
REPORTS TO: Sales & Brand Manager
ROLE & CORE FUNCTION
The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing productive & efficient sales & marketing strategies and plans; analyzing customer requirements to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is being achieved while meeting sales targets.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Develop and maintain sound business relations with customers by providing support information on the company’s products and services; when necessary, refer customer to resource personnel regarding:
- Product development and samples
- Customer queries
- Customer complaints
- Grow sales by identifying new business prospects, evaluate their position in the industry
- Ability to close deals
- Research & analyze sales options
- Assist in developing and organizing promotional presentations and other related activities
- Maintain confidential customer files
- Administer customer surveys as required
- Schedule and coordinate customer visits
- Attend and actively participate in monthly Sales & R&D Meetings
- Prepare weekly reports for submission to the Sales Manager
- Any other duties that may be assigned in accordance with the role and function.

QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATION
1st Degree in Business
Certificate or Diploma courses in Sales, Marketing & Customer Service
HACCP awareness
Knowledge of GMP’s
Food Handlers’ Permit
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of two year’ working experience in a similar position
Salary Package - Basic pay and Commission
