Job Title: Payroll Manager

Job Summary:
The Payroll Manager oversees the payroll processing functions, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all staff in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role manages payroll operations, maintains employee records, and collaborates with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including salary calculations, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of staff wages and salaries.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including hours worked, leave balances, and statutory contributions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR to verify employee data, new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management and audit purposes.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Assist with year-end payroll processing, including tax filings and statutory submissions.
- Implement and maintain payroll systems and software.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll data.
- Support internal controls and confidentiality of payroll information.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources Management.
- Prior experience in payroll processing, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Experience with payroll systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and social security regulations.
