The Role:

Under the general direction of the Group Aviation Manager, the Location Manager is responsible for managing all activities relating to daily aviation security. Incumbent will manage the resources and activities in a timely and effective manner to ensure objectives and customer satisfaction is met.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as a security compliance subject matter expert and leads the implementation of regulatory and company aviation security compliance programme.
• Leading and motivating the security team, and managing their performance and development.
• Identify and prioritise security threats, security risk levels, and propose actions to mitigate the Company’s and Client’s exposure.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or Business Management with a focus on Human Resource
• At least five (5) years’ experience in a Management capacity
• Incumbent must be in possession of a valid General Drivers Licence for over 5 years
