SUPERVISOR LOCATION:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION: Increase membership sign-ups according to sales goals and support the highest standards of member-customer service in attending to: membership new applications, membership renewals, refund-return replacement and repair of merchandise.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinates and monitors the membership counter and sales personnel daily activities and the processing of new memberships and renewals.

Supervise the refund process is followed according to company’s policies and procedures, as well as, reconcile till with refunded merchandise during each shift.

Verify that all members’ sales information is entered correctly on the AS400 by the membership personnel by daily auditing of applications against the system.

Oversees offering of our Cobranded Credit Card and increase in the amount of dual credit cardholders in the country according to the established goals.

Supports new promotions or activities in the club.
