- Lead the design, development, and integration of full-stack solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.
- Build and manage a small, high-impact internal IT team while coordinating with offshore developers, AI consultants, and third-party vendors.
- Own IT strategy, governance, cybersecurity, vendor management, and infrastructure (cloud, networks, endpoints).
- Drive the transition from legacy/outsourced models to a hybrid internal structure with clear accountability.
- Implement robust change management, access control, incident response, and disaster recovery processes.
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business growth and digital innovation goals.

- Direct experience leading the build or major upgrade of online platforms (insurance, fintech, or e-commerce experience strongly preferred).
- Keen interest in and solid understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, automation, AI-driven underwriting/risk assessment, etc.); experience interfacing with AI consultants or integrating AI capabilities is highly desirable.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), cybersecurity best practices, and IT governance frameworks.
- Experience managing vendors, offshore teams, and complex technology transitions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications (CISSP, AWS/Azure, PMP, full-stack dev certifications) are a plus.
Why Join FCG?
