We are recruiting Finance Operations Officers to support our expanding finance function. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, structure, confidentiality and contributing to a professional, well-disciplined finance environment.
About the Role
The Finance Operations Officer will support day-to-day finance activities including transaction posting, reconciliations, supplier and customer documentation, audit preparation, and month-end reporting. The role is central to strengthening documentation discipline, maintaining strict confidentiality of financial data and supporting a modernised systems environment including QuickBooks, Excel and Zoho.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately post daily financial transactions in approved finance systems
- File and maintain audit-ready financial documentation (digital and physical)
- Support supplier invoice review, statement reconciliation and payment preparation
- Assist with customer payment posting, deposit tracking and short payment resolution
- Assist with bank, petty cash and credit-card reconciliations
- Support preparation of month-end schedules and compliance documentation (VAT, NIS, PAYE, BIR)
- Uphold strict confidentiality in all handling of financial and employee-related data
- Identify opportunities to strengthen documentation, controls and workflow efficiency
- Maintain working knowledge of Zoho (Books, CRM or related modules)
- Perform any other related duties required to support the Finance Operations Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- ACCA Level 1 completed or currently pursuing
- At least two (2) years' experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Zoho systems is required or considered a strong asset
- Strong accuracy, organisation and documentation discipline
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
