JOB TITLE: STORE MANAGER
Store manager will be in charge of assisting with the overall performance and operation of the store. The prime responsibility is to help achieve and exceed sales budgets by creating the maximum profit opportunities within planned costs and to establish high quality standards of presentation and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service are delivered by the team.
- Train and coach staff to embody the brand’s values in every customer interaction.
Visual Merchandising
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team for seasonal changes, product launches, and promotional displays.
Inventory & Replenishment
- Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock counts, audits, and adherence to stock control procedures.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to forecast product needs and relay customer preferences and feedback.
Team Leadership & Staff Discipline
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates and supervisors to achieve store targets.
- Monitor staff performance, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to company policies and dress codes.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, reinforce expectations, and promote accountability.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Performance in this role will be evaluated based on:
- Achievement of Store Sales Budget – Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Stock Loss Percentage – Maintaining shrinkage and inventory loss within the acceptable threshold as defined by company policy.
