We’re looking for a driven marketing professional who is:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop annual marketing plans for each brand, aligned with sales and service targets.
- Position the company's brands within the local market, highlighting each of their strengths.
- Ensure compliance with OEM brand standards and co‑op requirements.
- Conduct market research on Jamaican consumer trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics.
- Manage all digital channels: website, social media, Google Ads, SEO, and online listings.
- Build high‑quality lead funnels for new vehicles, used vehicles, service bookings, and other products.
- Oversee online reputation management across Google, Facebook, and local forums.
- Track KPIs such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Plan and execute model launches, test‑drive events, off‑road experiences, and lifestyle activations.
- Develop in‑store branding, signage, and customer‑experience touchpoints for all four brands.
- Support Sales and Aftersales with tactical promotions, seasonal campaigns, and service specials.
- Work with the CRM team to design customer lifecycle communications:
- New leads
- Follow‑ups
- Service reminders
- Loyalty programs
- Monitor customer satisfaction and collaborate with CX leadership to improve touchpoints.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation across brands.
- Prepare monthly reports covering campaign performance, lead metrics, and market insights.
- Track OEM co‑op claims and ensure timely submissions.
- Partner with Sales, Service, Parts, and retail teams to support internal communications and staff engagement.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media houses, influencers, and event partners.
- Support recruitment marketing and employer‑branding initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in automotive, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, social media, analytics).
- Experience with CRM systems and lead‑management workflows.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project‑management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
