Job Summary
The Security Supervisor supports the operational objectives of the assigned location by providing daily leadership and oversight to a team of Security Officers. The role ensures service quality, compliance with client requirements, performance management, and the efficient execution of all security duties assigned to the team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise daily security operations and ensure assigned posts are adequately covered.
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to Security Officers to improve performance and maintain discipline.
- Assist with performance monitoring, development, and the overall maintenance of security standards at assigned locations.
- Ensure officers meet operational targets and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Support training and development initiatives for officers.
- Maintain and improve mechanisms for risk assessment and escalate findings appropriately.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- Conduct inspections of posts and ensure officers comply with uniform, grooming, and performance requirements.
- Address incidents promptly and report outcomes to the Zone Chief.
- Perform any other related duties within the scope of the position.

- You’re confident using computers and basic office software.
- You uphold high levels of integrity, honesty, and personal responsibility.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in security operations
- Level 2 NCTVET Certification in Industrial Security is a plus
- Valid PSRA License
- Computer savvy and proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Medically Fit
