The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for receiving, storing, and safely dispatching all merchandise while accurately maintaining inventory records. Coordinate logistics and dispatch goods efficiently to support and enhance delivery operations.

Areas of Responsibility:-
- Manage and supervise warehouse picker to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
- Plan and coordinate daily warehouse objectives, overseeing warehouse associate in meeting goals and reporting on progress.
- Ensure accurate packing and bagging of goods prior to issuance to drivers.
- Coordinate with drivers and sales representatives, maintaining logs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate and communicate requirements with drivers and administrative staff
- Efficiently manage inventory, including organization and optimization of the physical layout.
- Ensure goods are dispatched on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis.
- Accurate receive inventory and store it systematically, prioritizing items based on expiry dates.
- Physically track inventory expiration dates and notify management of items approaching expiration.
- Review and verify Driver logs prior to dispatch and for returns from the previous day’s activities.
- Maintain a clean warehouse and office environment.
- Assist with handling weighted merchandise
- Comply with safety guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned in alignment with operational goals.
Qualifications & Experience:-
- Five (5) O’Level/CXC passes, including Mathematics and English.
- Five (5) years’ experience in warehousing, dispatch, logistics.
- Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of FIFO principles and inventory management practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity; honest, reliable, and action-oriented.
