Job Description

The GFD is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, governance, and performance management across a Group of Companies, comprising multiple manufacturing and distribution entities operating in the Caribbean (Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados) and Central America. The role ensures strong financial stewardship, robust internal controls, timely and insightful reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective commercial decision support. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the GFD partners closely with the Group CEO, Senior Leadership and Board to drive sustainable growth, value creation, and long-term financial resilience.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 8–10 years’ progressive senior finance leadership experience within a multi-entity or group environment.
• Strong experience in group consolidation, statutory reporting, and audit management.
• Demonstrated experience supporting manufacturing and/or distribution businesses.
• Knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
