About the Role We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to join our development team. Unlike traditional brokerage, this role focuses on selling inventory directly for our upcoming residential projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them from initial inquiry through to the final closing of their new property.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Representation: Act as an ambassador for our development projects, conducting site tours and presenting architectural plans to prospective clients.
• Lead Management: Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and maintain a robust CRM database.
• Negotiation: Manage the sales process, including price negotiations and explaining contractual terms and payment schedules to buyers.
• Market Insight: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local zoning regulations, market trends, and competitor developments.
• Closing Support: Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure all documentation and statutory requirements are met for a seamless closing.
• Manage social media and any leads through social media
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in real estate sales, luxury retail, or a related high-value sales environment.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid Real Estate Salesman license.
• Education: Minimum of five CSEC/CXC subjects including English and Mathematics (or regional equivalent).
• Skills: Strong networking, relationship building, and analytical skills.
• Mobility: Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle for site visits and client meetings.
