Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration equipment at all locations
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for safety hazards or needed repairs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Install, replace, or upgrade equipment and components as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical certification
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skills for work order and maintenance system
• Ability to work as part of a team
