Marketing Associate

Our company is searching for a vibrant Marketing Associate expert to join our marketing team in this specialized role. You are the ‘go to person’ for the development and publishing of content on all social media platforms across the Group. As a creative and highly driven expert, you are the voice of the brands and chief engagement officer charged with creating brand fans, turning fans into customers and ultimately brand advocates.

Requirements:

• You have acquired a First Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Professional Certification in Social Media Marketing.

• You have garnered deep experiences over the last 2 years in marketing/social media management for commercial brands with live examples of direct social media page leadership.

• Experienced and/or qualifications in graphic designing, videography and photography would be a distinct advantage

• Attention to detail

• Initiative

Skills and competencies you will need:

• Exceptional creativity with documented examples in the social media space

• Proficiency in content marketing theory and application with experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.

• Demonstration of in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Twitter,Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.

• An exceptional command of the English Language and able to creatively use local dialects and vernacular.

• Excellent organizational skills.
