Accounts Receivables Associate
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate at Conduent participates in a structured AR job rotation to gain in-depth knowledge of all aspects of accounts receivable processing. This role supports Conduent’s client-facing financial operations by ensuring accurate payment processing, maintenance of AR records, resolution of discrepancies, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), internal controls, and compliance standards.

📊 Key Responsibilities
- Process and post customer payments, including cash, lockbox, credit card, manual, and recurring payments
- Prepare cash deposits, supporting reports, credit memos, refunds, and payment adjustments
- Research and resolve unapplied payments, chargebacks, returns, bad checks, and payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records in accordance with internal controls and SLAs
- Respond to internal payment inquiries, check copy requests, and research requests within required timelines
- Participate in AR job rotation to support multiple functions and ensure operational coverage
- Support system testing, upgrades, and process improvements
- Assist with training new employees and provide operational support to supervisors as needed
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy targets in a high-volume, metrics-driven

✅ Qualifications:
- Five (5) or more CXCs, including English Language and Accounts
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Minimum typing requirement of 20 WPM
