CORE FUNCTION
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base, drive revenue growth, and strengthen brand awareness.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement sales strategies, targets, and quotas.
- Lead sales conversions from multiple marketing channels to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Review and analyze sales and operational reports to forecast sales, determine profitability, and identify new market opportunities.
- Develop short- and long-term sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Design and implement strategic business plans to expand market presence and strengthen community engagement.
- Set sales objectives and monitor team performance to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Organize, assign, and oversee sales territories, schedules, and quotas.
- Prepare sales budgets and monitor expenses.
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Identify customer needs and provide insights to enhance the product portfolio.
- Generate referrals to expand the sales pipeline.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives among existing customers.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to support sales team development and performance.
- Present monthly sales, revenue, expense reports, and forecasts to management.
- Monitor emerging markets, industry trends, new products, and competitive activity.
- Represent and promote the company at events and promotional activities.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE / PERMITS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar sales management role.
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit.
