Support the planning, coordination, and supervision of daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure all facilities, equipment, and systems operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with ultra-luxury hospitality standards.
Coordinate effectively with other operational departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.
Support compliance with safety regulations, occupational health standards, and internal procedures.
Assist in supervising contractors and external service providers.
Support administrative functions including work orders, maintenance records, inventory control, and reporting.
Monitor the proper use and availability of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Support training and ongoing development of maintenance staff to ensure best practices and service standards are met.
Assist in implementing sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives.
Participate in emergency response procedures and incident resolution as required.
Perform additional maintenance management duties as assigned.
Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or engineering operations.
Mandatory experience in ultra-luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments.
Proven experience working in hotels with 400 rooms or more, managing complex facilities and infrastructure.
Previous experience in an assistant or supervisory maintenance role is strongly preferred.
Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and occupational health standards.
Basic knowledge of sustainability and energy-efficiency practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance reports.
