Security Supervisor
The Security Supervisor conducts performance audits and site visits to security personnel in the field as well as static posts to ensure strict adherence to the Company’s policies, procedures and the location’s standing order requirements in accordance with the customer contractual agreement.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise security officers on assigned customer locations
- Visit customer locations and ensure compliance to reporting protocols and standing orders.
- Audit standing orders at each location ensuring that Security Officers and Static Supervisors are familiar with their roles and responsibilities
- Conduct individual uniform and site inspections to ensure conformity
- Implement and record disciplinary procedures
- Conduct “on the job” training as necessary and submit appropriate documentation by way of one-hour lecture and/or statement of participation forms timely
- Submit daily reports to Divisional Manager
- Act as a liaison between the Customer and ASSL
- Conduct preliminary investigations into incident/accident
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Diploma or Professional Certificate in Security, Business Management or related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience and training in a security based position with supervisory responsibilities.
- Computer Literate
- Ability to work on a shift system
- Age 30 or older
- Owner of a motor vehicle available to be used for work
- Key competencies include effective analytical skills, customer service skills, interpersonal skills, leadership and quality work through accuracy and emphasis on detail.
