DATA ENTRY CLERK, MIS/IT2
(CONTRACT)
Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Shift Manager/Production Supervisor, the Data Entry Clerk is responsible for the collection and updating information on the production of all baked products in the Bakery Section of the Production Department.
Key Outputs:
- Orders for production materials and operating supplies are generated
- Ingredients received are checked
- Product yield information is documented
- Product quantities are monitored
- Cooling and packing process monitored
- Waste or recycled products documented
- Record of variances
- Goods Received Note and transfer of finished products prepared
- Returned materials to Warehouse are documented
Duties and
Responsibilities: In performing his/her duties, the incumbent has specific responsibility for:
- Generate BOM (orders) for production materials and operating supplies.
- Check ingredients received for production and complete material utilization sheet.
- Collect product yield information at formation point and document quantity per batch.
- Monitor product/s quantities during production process.
- Monitoring cooling and packing process to ensure separation of batches.
- Recording of any waste or recycled products.
- Labelling of products per batch during the production process to allow for product traceability.
- Recording of variances products at the various processing points.
- Creating/maintaining excel spreadsheets for reports.
- Creating Manufacturing orders per batch for goods produced.
- Generating the Scrap Manufacturing Order
- Transferring manufactured goods to Sales(Dist.) inventory
- Complete Return Documents of unused materials to warehouse.
- Any other duties as may be required.

- Orders for production material and operating supplies are correct
- Ingredients received are correct
- Information on production yield is accurately recorded
- Keen monitoring of cooling and packaging process to identify anomalies
- Correct documentation of waste and recycled products
- Accurate record of variances
- Accurate record of goods received and transferred

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Computer Studies from a recognized tertiary institution
- Certificate in inventory control
- One-year work experience in a data entry position, working with inventory.

REMUNERATION
Basic Salary: $1,71,060.00 - $2,301,186.00 per annum
